Had a really nice session today to celebrate me being well enough to get in the vacbag. It started out rather relaxing in my mechanics coveralls then it got even more relaxing as the thickness of my hiviz coveralls made rebreathing easier, surprisingly the pile of hiviz vests over my head was so breathable that it allowed more air to come out and they gripped my face tightly making for some excitement, adding my hiviz PVC raincoat made for a high energy finale after a half hour with 6 runs averaging about 3 minutes each run.
